Working principle

Working principle of trough mixer

The Notch Shape Mixer mainly relies on mechanical agitators, air flow and jets of liquid to be mixed, etc., so that the material to be mixed is stirred to achieve uniform mixing. Agitation causes part of the liquid to flow, and the flowing liquid pushes the liquid around it, resulting in the formation of a circulating liquid flow in the dissolver, and the resulting diffusion between the liquids is called the main convection diffusion.

When the liquid flow rate caused by agitation is very high, shearing occurs at the interface between the high-speed liquid flow and the surrounding low-speed liquid flow, resulting in a large number of local vortexes.

These vortexes spread rapidly around, and then roll more liquid into the vortex, and the disordered convective diffusion formed in a small area is called vortex diffusion. Mixing requires that all materials involved in the mixing be evenly distributed. The degree of mixing is divided into three states: ideal mixing, random mixing, and completely unmixed.

Main structure

The Notch Shape Mixer is mainly composed of five components:

1. Mixer Reducer
The mixer reducer is the main transmission structure of the slot mixer, which is located on the right side of the slot mixer, and the motor installed in the base machine drives the worm and worm gear through the triangle belt during work, and drives the mixer with a deceleration of 1:40. The worm wheel shaft is hollow and equipped with fixed keys, which allows the mixing paddle to be freely loaded and disassembled. The top of the reducer is equipped with 2 ring screws for installation, disassembly and installation. The end cap is equipped with a screw for the positioning of the high-speed mixing paddle, which has been adjusted at the factory and generally does not need to be adjusted in use.

2.Mixer Groove
The groove mixer is u-shaped, made of stainless steel, equipped with a mixing paddle, which lies horizontally on the mixing reducer and the pouring reducer.

3. Discharge Reducer
The discharge reducer is to control the positioning angle of the mixing tank, which is located on the left side of the trough mixer, and when working, the motor installed in the frame drives the worm and worm gear through the V-belt, driving the mixing groove to rotate in a certain angle range, so that the mixed material is poured out at once.

4. Frame And Motor Unit
The base is an overall structure, the motor is installed on the movable board on both sides of the slot mixer base, and the upper and lower parts of the motor can be adjusted by screws, so that the V-belt can get a certain tightening and maintain the transmission of power.

5. Electrical Control Box
The electrical control box is to control the movement of the slot mixer.

Attention

1. before use should be an idling test, before the test should check the degree of all the fasteners of the machine, the amount of oil lubricated in the reducer and the grade is correct, whether the electrical equipment line has fall off phenomenon, when the power supply is idling, you should pay attention to the direction of the paddle, if the paddle direction is running correctly, that is, the electrical control is all correct, generally empty car operation behind all the debugging and synchronization position before leaving the factory;

2, the air transport test should be tested according to the instructions, if there is no abnormal sound, the temperature of the bearing reducer can be put into production without direct rise;

3, the stirring paddle disassembly and assembly of the middle connection nut should use special tools, must not be hard knocked out, so as not to damage the parts, stirring pulp should pay attention to smooth extraction when removed, so as not to bend the shaft, resulting in concentric deformation of the two axes;

4. When it is necessary to shovel the bracket wall material in operation, the bamboo and wood tools should be used after stopping, and do not use your hands to avoid accidents;

5. If the abnormal vibration or abnormal sound of the machine is found in use, it should be stopped immediately for inspection;

6, the load should not be too large when using, generally measured by the motor load, and no more than 6A is normal;

7. The sealing ring at both ends of the mixing pulp should be kept clean, and there are rectangular holes in the lower part of the mixed groove wall plate, which should be kept unobstructed and should not be blocked;

8. The management personnel must be familiar with the technical performance, internal structure and control system of the machine, and must not leave the work during operation, so as not to cause unnecessary accidents and affect production.

Maintenance

1. Regularly check the machine parts, 1-2 times a month, check whether the worm gear, worm, bearing, shaft seal and other active parts are flexible and wear, and the defects should be repaired in time so that the groove mixing function can be used normally;

2. The electrical control parts of the slot mixer should be kept clean and sensitive, and the fault should be repaired in time;

3, the lubrication of the parts: the lubrication of the reducer adopts oil immersion type, and its oil storage amount must be kept on the oil marking line, and the oil quality must be kept clean. If you use it regularly, you must change the new oil every three months, and when replacing, you should disassemble and clean the reducer, and add new oil;

4. When the use is completed or the work is stopped, the remaining materials in the mixing tank should be taken out and the residual powder of each part of the machine should be brushed. If the deactivation time is long, the groove mixer must be wiped clean and covered with an unkempt cloth.
