Material selection

Drive Disposition
The mixer is equipped with different power and different capabilities according to the nature of the material, the starting method, and the process requirements. The double spiral cone mixer is equipped with a special double output reducer combination box, which is customized by combining cycloidal needle wheels, gears and worm gears.
Discharge device
Double spiral cone mixer equipped with the configuration of powder spherical valve or plum blossom misalignment valve; powder spherical valve convex spherical conforming to the bottom of the spiral running surface, to a greater extent to reduce the stirring dead angle, and to achieve a larger caliber discharge mouth area, to ensure the discharge residue, the spherical valve has a good sealing of the powder, liquid and even the negative pressure state; loading the plum blossom misalignment valve can achieve simple operation, control the discharge speed, and can be combined with a long spiral bottom support device. The valve drive can be divided into manual, pneumatic and electric.
Auxiliary components
Double helix-tapered mixing plants are fitted with circulating media jackets or steam coil jackets for temperature control when stirring materials. The contact surface between the cylinder and the material of the mixer can increase the anti-corrosion, anti-bonding, metal isolation coating for the nature of the material, and the stirring spiral can be surfaced and welded with wear-resistant alloys for the working conditions with relatively large wear. When adding a small amount of liquid, it is necessary to configure the spray spray device, which is more conducive to the uniform dispersion of the liquid mixed in the main material. The spraying system consists of three basic modules: pressure source, liquid storage tank and sprinkler head.
Single-Screw double-helix conical mixer, which is composed of spray atomization device, transmission part, cylinder cover, spiral, cylinder, discharge valve, etc.
1. Spraying atomization device: The spraying atomization device is composed of a rotary joint and a liquid spraying part, and the liquid injection part is fixed to the lower end cover of the flange fixed distribution box, and the rotating joint and the spraying part are active connections so that the rotating joint is fixed to the pipeline.
2. Transmission part: the movement of the rotating motor and the rotary motor is adjusted to a reasonable speed by the worm gear and the gear, and then transmitted to the spiral to achieve self-rotation and rotation.
3. Drum cover part: the drum cover supports the entire transmission part, the transmission part is screwed to fix the cylinder cover, and the cylinder cover is provided with a feeding port, observation port, cleaning port, and maintenance hole.
4. Spiral part: When two asymmetrical spirals in the cylinder are in motion from and orbiting planets, the animal material is turned over in a large area to make the material quickly achieve uniform mixing.
5. Cylinder part: the cylinder is a conical structure, used as a multiplier material, so that the discharge is fast, clean, no accumulation, no dead end.
6. Discharge valve: the discharge valve is installed at the bottom of the cylinder, used to control the material and discharge, the discharge valve can be divided into manual, pneumatic, electric three structural forms, according to the user's needs to install liquid discharge valve (slurry valve).
1. The mixer has three-dimensional movement, which makes the material flow, shear, translation and diffusion, and makes the process from agglomeration to dispersion and doping each other, which ensures the material to be mixed evenly, and the evenness can reach more than 99.9%. The ordinary mixer, in which the material is only separated and combined in the container, has simple operation, low efficiency and poor quality
2. The effective loading rate of the container is 80%, the mixing time is short and the efficiency is high. (only 40% for ordinary mixer)
3. The height of the machine is low, and there is no special requirement for the workshop, so the capital construction investment is reduced.
4. The mixing barrel and the transmission part of the fuselage can be installed on the partition wall to meet GMP requirements.
5. For mixer, the mixing containers of various shapes can be placed in the mixing cylinder for mixing, which is convenient to use.
6. It can realize stepless speed regulation and is easy to load and unload.
