Working principle

Electric vacuum feeder is a new product developed on the basis of extensive absorption of similar products abroad. It reduces the labor intensity of workers, solves the problems of dust spillover during feeding process, and is the first choice of equipment for pharmaceutical factories and food factories to pass GMP certification and promote clean and civilized production.

The negative pressure air flow generated by the vacuum pump and other devices is used to suck the materials into the closed pipeline from the feed inlet, so as to enter the vacuum bucket to realize the material gas separation. The clean air is discharged into the atmosphere through the filter element and the vacuum valve. The materials are separated due to their own gravity and fall into the material bin at the bottom. Through the setting of time, once the feeding time reaches, the vacuum valve is closed and the blanking valve is opened, It will realize the process of feeding, material gas separation, exhaust, blanking into the hopper and automatic cleaning of the filter element by the back blowing air bag. After blanking, it will enter the next suction state again. The back blowing action is to ensure the high efficiency of the next feeding cycle. For viscous materials, vibrator, air hammer and other auxiliary feeding devices can be added to the bucket wall to remove material sticking thereof.
