Alloy powder is a metal powder formed by partial or complete alloying of two or more components. Alloy powders are classified into iron alloy powder, copper alloy powder, nickel alloy powder, cobalt alloy powder, aluminum alloy powder, titanium alloy powder and precious metal alloy powder, etc. Pre-alloyed powders are usually prepared by atomizing powder milling, and are fully alloyed powders in the form of solid solutions and intermetallic compounds. All alloys that can be melted and liquefied can be made into powder by the atomization powder method.
The purpose of alloy powder screening
Impurity removal, that is, to remove powder particles, powder sticky slag and inclusions that exceed the required size, to further improve the quality of the powder.
1. Coarse-grained alloy powder
Generally, ordinary ternary vibrating screen can be used to meet the requirements;
2. Ultrafine particle alloy powder (high mesh)
Due to its strong adsorption, easy agglomeration, high static electricity, high precision, high density, light specific gravity and other characteristics, the ultrasonic vibrating screen should be selected to meet the requirements.
