Working principle

Double cone mixer by double cone cylinder, mechanical seal, frame, deceleration transmission, etc., rotating double cone cylinder so that the material in the cylinder body produces disorder rolling mixing, so that the material in the cylinder body quickly mixed, mixing barrel can be arbitrarily tilted angle, easy to discharge and cleaning needs.

1. Let heat source (for example, low pressure steam or heat conduct oil) pass through the sealed jacket. The heat will be transmitted to raw material to be dried through inner shell;

2. Under driving of power, the tank is rotated slowly and the raw material inside it is mixed continuously. The purpose of reinforced drying can     e realizd;

3. The raw material exists at the state of vacuum. The drop of team pressure makes the moisture (solvent) at the surface of raw material become saturation and will evaporate. The solvent will be discharged through vacuum pump an drecovered in time. The inner moisture (solvent) of raw material will infiltrate, evaporate and discharge continuously. The three processes are carried out unceasingly and the purpose of drying can be realized within a short time.

W model double cone powder mixer is most often used for the intimate dry mixing of free flowing solids. The materials are fed into the mixing barrel via quick-open feed port manually or by vacuum feeder. With the rotation of mixing barrel, materials can be completely mixed with high degree of homogeneity. Normal cycle times are typically in the range of 10 minutes, however they can be less depending on the difficulty of mixing.

Application range

It is suitable for the raw materials that need to concentrate, mix and dry at low temperature (for example, biochemistry products in chemical, pharmaceutical and foodstuff industries. Particularly it is suitable for the raw materials that are easy to oxidize, volatilize and have strong heat sensitive and toxic and not permitted to destroy its crystal in drying.

Maintenance and Upkeep

1. The equipment maintenance needs to have professionals, professionals need to hold the relevant nationally recognized operation certificate, and the maintenance personnel need to go through the maintenance training of the supplier.

2. In principle, it is not allowed to change the structure of the equipment during the maintenance process, and if it is necessary to change, it must communicate with the supplier and obtain authorization.

3. If the parts are damaged, the accessories of the same brand and model need to be replaced, such as the equipment damage and other problems caused by the replacement of different brands and models of accessories, the supplier will not be liable.

4. Users need to formulate relevant operation and maintenance procedures to ensure the long-term stability of equipment use. Maintenance personnel should carry out regular or irregular maintenance according to the requirements of the regulations. And the maintenance personnel should be relatively fixed to achieve the best working state of human and machine combination.

5. The reducer is refueled regularly, and the oil level should be high to the center of the oil mark.

6. After the reducer is carried for the first 150 hours, the lubricating oil must be replaced for the first time. Residual oil should be removed during replacement. Replace every 6 months thereafter.

7. The bearing is filled with grease, and it is checked and replenished every 6 months.

8. Regularly check and adjust the tightness of the chain and triangle belt; and apply mechanical oil to the chain.
