Working principle

Vacuum feeder is a kind of vacuum conveyor that uses electric air pump (air pump is divided into vortex fan, Roots fan, screw pump, etc.) as vacuum source. With this vacuum feeder, materials can be directly sent from the container to the mixer, reactor, hopper, tablet press, packaging machine, vibrating screen, pelletizer, wet granulator, dry granulator and pulverizer. The machine reduces the labor intensity of workers, eliminates dust pollution and ensures that the production meets the requirements of “GMP”.

The vacuum feeder is equipped with a compressed air back blowing device. During each feeding process, the compressed air pulse back blows the filter to knock down the powder sticking onto the filter surface, so as to ensure the normal operation of the suction.

For the vacuum feeder controlled for the material level, the materials in the hopper of the receiving equipment are automatically fed through the material level meter. When the hopper of the receiving equipment is higher than a certain position, the vacuum feeder stops acting and enters the standby state; When the material level is lower than a certain position, the vacuum feeder will start automatically to complete the feeding of the receiving equipment.
