Working principle

Mixing barrel is suspended on ends of driving and driven axles through two Y type universal joints that are crossing and vertical to each other in the space. When driving axle is driven to rotate, universal joint makes the barrel perform composite motion including horizontal moving, rotating and turning etc, in the space, by which, materials also performs 3-dimensional motion inside the barrel. Several kinds of materials inside the barrel flow, diffuse, penetrate each other and finally form uniform status.

Structure:

Principle of operation

1. The machine adopts electromagnetic speed regulation (or frequency conversion), before starting, turn on the total power supply, the power indicator is on, and then start the motor button, and then start the on-off switch on the speed regulation panel (the frequency converter can touch the button), the indicator light is on, and then slowly rotate to achieve the increased mixed speed.

2. After the mixing is over, according to the boot sequence, the reverse shutdown, if the unloading is found to be unsatisfactory, the button can be jogged to meet the unloading requirements.

Attention

1. The mixing of the machine is a three-position space mixing, in the effective operation range of the barrel should be added safety protection bar, so as to avoid the occurrence of life safety accidents, before the start of the cylinder body should not stand, to avoid accidents.

2. When loading and unloading, the jog of the equipment must be stopped to prevent the failure of the electrical appliances and cause necessary accidents.

3. In the process of operation, if abnormal conditions are found in the equipment, it should be stopped immediately for inspection, and the hidden dangers of the accident can be started before it can be started.

4. The contact parts of each transmission of the equipment are regularly added with lubricating oil and grease (three months)

Maintenance and Upkeep

1.Preparation for operation:
