1、Although the vibrating screen does not need lubricating oil, it still needs to be overhauled once a year, replacing the lining plate, and trimming the two screen surfaces. The vibration motor should be removed for inspection, and the motor bearing should be replaced with oil. If the bearing is damaged, it should be replaced.
2、The screen grid should be taken out frequently, and regularly check whether the screen surface is damaged or uneven, and whether the screen holes are blocked.
3、It is recommended to make a support frame to hang the spare screen surface.
4、Check the sealing strip frequently, and replace it in time if it is found to be worn or defective.
5、Check the screen pressing device every shift, if it is loose, it should be pressed tightly.
6、Check whether the connection of the feeding box is loose every shift. If the gap becomes larger, it will cause a collision and the equipment will be broken.
7、Check the support device of the screen body every shift, and observe whether the hollow rubber pad is obviously deformed or degummed. When the rubber pad is damaged or excessively flattened, two hollow rubber pads should be replaced at the same time.
Maintenance of vibrating screen:
1.Before starting:
(1)Check whether the coarse mesh and fine mesh are damaged
(2)Whether each set of lashing rings is locked
2.When starting:
(1)Pay attention to whether there is any abnormal noise
(2)Is the current stable?
(3)Whether the vibration is abnormal
