Working principle

Installation, operation and debugging of horizontal airflow screen：
1. After the horizontal airflow screen equipment is transported for a long time, all the fastening bolts should be checked and tightened. When the screen machine is hoisted and moved to a fixed position, it should be noted that the screen machine is in a horizontal position as a whole. Otherwise, it will affect the normal operation of the screen machine.
2. There is no special requirement for the equipment foundation, generally it can be used directly on the cement floor.
3. The connection between the purified compressed air and the air filter joint is connected with a pressure-resistant (P=0.1MPa) hose.
4. The connection method of the horizontal airflow screen and other equipment is softly connected by threaded rubber hose, coarse cloth and synthetic fiber pipe, and can also be directly connected with the pipeline.
5. Before starting the sieve machine, check whether the end cover, observation hole, and each connection part are loose, and whether each connection interface is well sealed.
